Paula is a recognised leader in workforce development and social value across the UK nuclear sector. With more than 25 years’ experience in learning, skills and organisational development, including 10 years at NUVIA in senior talent and organisational development roles, she leads ILIOS’ approach to skills, stakeholder engagement, community impact and social value.
Paula is Chair of the Nuclear Vocational Expert Group (NVEG) and sits on several industry-wide initiatives, including the Nuclear Skills Hubs and the Fusion Industry Taskforce, helping to shape the future workforce needed to deliver the UK’s nuclear and fusion ambitions.
